2. This application for grant of regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 336 of 2023 arise out of Bairiya P.S. Case No. 377 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is a member of gang who had committed dacoity in S.B.I branch, Tola Santghat of Rs. 60,29,655/- (Rupees Sixty Lakhs Twenty Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Five). During investigation materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

4. Considering the allegations and the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

6. The Superintendent of Police, West Champaran at Bettiah is directed to get the trail of the petitioner and other coaccused who are involved in the crime get it concluded within six months from today and file a compliance report to this Court.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran at Bettiah for its compliance through FAX or e-mail forthwith.
