The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 148 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are Dewar. There is no specific allegation against them. They have falsely been implicated in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
