JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-04-2015 The grievance has been made that notwithstanding order of this Court in which it was clearly held that essentiality certificate once granted by the State is not required again and cannot be demanded either by the Dental Council of India (D.C.I.) or by the Central Government, again the Central Government in its communication dated 31st of March, 2015 to the Principal of the institution has again raised the same issue.

I have perused the letter of the Central Government which is based on the comments of the D.C.I. of the same date.

Patna High Court MJC No.796 of 2015 (02) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 All it says in paragraph-2 is, the permission is subject to the verification of essentiality certificate with the State Government. There is neither any demand nor rejection thereof. Petitioner need have no apprehension in that regards.
