ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.45 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the present petitioners and the main allegation of attacking the lady, who succumbed to her injuries, is on Suman, Subhash and Mithilesh and that they have no criminal antecedents, let all the three petitioners, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27613 of 2017 (2) dt.18-07-2017 2/2 in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.45 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
