The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case no. 61/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant (Police Officer) alleged that Saroj Rai, the son of the petitioner was accused in Sitamarhi P.S. Case no. 01/15 under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner in order to save his son procured manipulated certificate from Middle School, Batarauli and produced the same before Principal Magistrate, J.J. Board, Sitamarhi so that the son of the petitioner may be found juvenile.

It transpires that the petitioner and the headmaster of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16124 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 the School made manipulation in the admission register. Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation made, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.)
