Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner herein and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Banka by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed off by the District Magistrate, Banka, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
