The petitioners are accused of committing offences under Sections 302 etc. of the Indian Penal Code. It is true that the allegations are general and omnibus but the learned Sessions Judge, Supaul appears correctly recording that the petitioners also are alleged to have given blows to the deceased. In that view of the matter, the prayer for bail of the above named petitioners is dismissed in connection with Jadia P.S.Case No.118 of 2014.

However, in case the petitioners surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail, the court below shall also consider that some of the accused persons have been admitted
