1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For a direction to the respondent to pay the difference amount of leave encashment, gratuity and pension as well as difference of salary due to 2nd MACP w.e.f. 28.01.2009 with grade pay of Rs. 2000 (level-3) and 3rd MACP w.e.f. 28.01.2015 after the benefits of the same which are due to be paid. ii. Further for a direction to the respondent to pay the bank interest @ 10% per annum over and above the amount since the date of entitlement of 2nd and 3rd MACP over difference of amount of salary and further to pay the same interest @ 10% over and above the amount of difference of Leave

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Mining and Mineral Department, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Director, Mining and Mineral Department, Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
