JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323,365,368,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are the brother of the husband of the informant, whereas petitioner no.3 is son of sister of the husband of the informant. He has further submitted that the husband of the informant has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 13.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1275 of 2015. In view of the submissions as above, let the above

Case No. 100 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
