JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.103 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 329, 324, 325, 427, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the informant had taken loan for the marriage of his daughter and one of the of the petitioners, son of the informant, did not pay his share of the loan. When the informant tried to sell a tree for repaying the loan, it is alleged that the petitioners assaulted the informant and committed theft. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are son and grandson of the informant. The allegation is frivolous, no theft was committed, there is no injury caused to

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.103 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
