2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Charpokhri P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 494, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for an offence under Section 498A the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that she has got no income and the petitioner being the husband of the informant should get her properly treated.

6. On this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client will get the informant treated in a good medical facility for her ailment.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and also considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will get the informant treated properly in a good medical facility, preferably in Varanasi.
