The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 26 of 2010 registered under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is direct allegation co-accused Santosh Jha who has fired causing injury to Naval Kishore Rai by which he succumbed to injury. However, there is no role attributed to the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
