2. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed for condoning the delay in filing of the Review Application.

3. For the reasons indicated in paragraphs no. 4 and 5 of the Interlocutory Application, the delay is condoned.

4. Interlocutory Application No. 4602 of 2018 stands disposed off.

5. Counsel for the petitioner has made submissions to the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.83 of 2018 dt.12-09-2018 2/2 extent that the degree which was acquired by him may be considered by this Court as he had made endeavours to acquire the qualification within time.

6. The submissions made by counsel for the petitioner have already been considered by the Writ Court as well as the L.P.A. Bench. This Court is exercising review jurisdiction and cannot embark on a re-hearing on the issue.

7. No ground has been made out to invoke the review jurisdiction of this Court. In the grounds mentioned in the Review Application itself the petitioner has indicated that he had acquired the qualification of Upshastri examination late.

8. In view of the aforesaid findings and since no ground has been made for invoking the review jurisdiction, this Court would dismiss the Review Application.
