JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1050 (C) of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 379 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the complaint petition, it appears that there was some abuse and assault by the petitioner by knife, causing injury to the informant and also threatening to the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that complaint petition itself shows that there is dispute between the parties, who seems to be compromised and due to that he has falsely been implicated in this case. All the allegation against the petitioner is false and concocted.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Supaul, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1050 (C) of 2013, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
