Petitioner happens to be the driver of truck bearing no. HR-58A-4194 over which the articles so listed thereunder were being carried. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 05.02.2015.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Tasim Ahamad @ Tasim Ahmad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Sakari PS Case No. 13 of 2015.
