The petitioner seeks bail in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) and 38(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

12 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered and seized from the dickey of the motorcycle and the bag hanging in the handle of the motorcycle and the petitioner was apprehended.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and he has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The motorcycle from which the alleged wine was recovered is not hailing to the petitioner. He is languishing in custody since

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned I/c A.D.J.-I-cumSpecial Judge, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017.
