The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mehsi P.S. Case no. 213 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 323 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(X) SC and ST Act.
The informant alleged that while she was cutting the grass, the petitioners assaulted her only because she was cutting the grass from the field of the petitioners.
It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 3.12.2013, but the FIR was lodged on 9.12.2013. The petitioners did not allow the informant to cut the grass from their field and that is why this false case has been lodged.

No.16859 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 213/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
