The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 144 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 338, 341, 504, 506 and 295A of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The FIR has been lodged against altogether 26 named accused persons. There is general and omnibus allegation and many of the accused persons having exactly identical allegation have already been granted bail by different orders

Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid statements made on behalf of the petitioners. In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Sanjay Yadav and Deepak Kumar @ Deepak are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S.Case No.144 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
