This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the only material against the petitioners is the confessional statement of the co-accused and neither any recovery has been made nor Test Identification Parade has been conducted, which is apparent from the order of the Sessions Judge itself, rejecting the bail petition.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17738 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 242 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya.
