2. The Circle Officer, Dumra, Sitamarhi is directed to act upon the representation of the petitioner dated 19.4.2023 which is annexed as annexure I in this writ petition regarding the alleged encroachment done by the respondent no. 4 and 5 upon the government road. If the circle officer finds that the respondent nos. 4 and 5 have encroached the government road then he will initiate an encroachment proceeding and will dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order in accordance

Patna High Court CWJC No.13919 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 with law after hearing all the concerned parties including the alleged encroachers also.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
