The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Junior Engineer made allegation against the petitioner that when he objected about sub-standard materials being used in the construction work, the petitioner threatened and assaulted the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner did not object or put any hindrance in the official discharge of the informant. The informant was supervising the work and only verbal altercation took place. There is a counterversion also. Both the cases have been compromised. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt
