After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 22.02.2016 passed in Complaint Case No. 986 of 2016 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If the petitioners move before the State Appellate Authority within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits within the statutory time without being prejudiced by the present order.
