The case is under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the petitioner is named in the First Information Report as one of the members of the mob and as per submission as also from the First Information Report, bears no direct allegation. However, what appears is that there was serious enmity between the parties and the offence was committed in a concerted manner considering which it could not be a case for anticipatory bail.

The prayer is dismissed.

Let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail which shall be considered on the individual merit of the prayer in the light of the allegations which might be appearing against the petitioner.
