Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has filed a quashing application challenging the cognizance order in Cr. Misc. No. 4775 of 2024 and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court has stayed the further proceeding vide order dated 30.10.2024. Accordingly, the submission is that the appellant is not having any apprehension of arrest at this stage and seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to approach, if apprehension of arrest arises.
