2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115, 109, 118(2), 351 and 352 of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the F.I.R., this petitioner along with coaccused Gopal Yadav assaulted son of the informant with knife. Doctor has found only one knife wound on the son of the informant. That itself falsifies the entire prosecution-case.

4. Considering the aforesaid contradiction in the F.I.R. and the finding of the doctor, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be
