Public Prosecutor and Sri Madhav Roy, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the informant.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected only on 10.11.2015. However, the present bail petition was again filed on 12.04.2016.

Without going into merit of the case, the Court is of the opinion that once the prayer for bail was rejected, at least for some time the petitioner was required to remain in custody , not urgently he was required to file the present petition. Accordingly, at the moment, the prayer for bail of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16370 of 2016 (5) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 the petitioner stands rejected.
