Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 354 (B), 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 18 POSCO Act.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioners abused and assaulted the father of the informant with lathi and danda as he had gone to the house for complaining about behaviour of Albhishek Kumar, son of petitioner no.1 as he tried to outrage modesty of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation of outraging modesty is against Abhishek Kumar, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28931 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 son of petitioner no.1 and 3 and, therefore, all family members including female inmates have falsely been implicated and they have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Anil Rajak, Shobha Devi, Kanchan Devi and Shweta Kumari be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No.112 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
