The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with G.R. Case No.4364 of 2019 arising out of Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 387 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 17.09.2019, case diary was called for. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused Anwar Mian and Tabrej Mian. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.
