The petitioner is in custody in connection with Eschakchak P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and petitioner was not named in the F.I.R.. Petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has remained in custody for more than one year, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of
