JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.11.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Theft being committed in the hose of informant, first information report was lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up in the confessional statement of co-accused. Statement has been made in paragraph 7 that no recovery has been made from the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16890 of 2015 (2) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhatauni P. S. case No.181 of 2013.

Considering the fact that petitioner is accused in four other cases, similar in nature,, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in case the petitioner gets involved in serious offence or defaults without any reasonable cause on three consecutive occasions.
