Mr.Ram Priya Sharan Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 03-08-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Shailendra Kumar, the learned APP for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 254 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 148, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the accused persons badly assaulted the informant and his daughter Amrita Kumari.

No.1169 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/3 The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent, there is case and counter case and the members of defense side have also sustained injuries. He has submitted further that injury on the person of Manoj Sao is simple in nature.

On the other hand, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, the learned APP has submitted that two persons badly assaulted the informant and he sustained injuries on his head, to which the learned counsel for the petitioner replies that only one injury was found on the person of the informant, which is simple in nature.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedents of the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 254/2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove,
