JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Police reached at the spot on the information that two groups after the scuffle had blocked the road. When the police reached the mob raised slogan for recover of Ravindra Nath Ray. On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 07.05.2015 in Cr. Misc. No.13557 of 2015. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned J.M., 1st Class in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No.220/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
