2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 165/2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 16.04.2025.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is to commit murder of the father of the informant alongwith other co-accused persons for local differences and pending long-standing land dispute.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is very much

It is submitted that allegation of firing is specifically available against co-accused, namely, Ravi Kumar and Rintu Kumar. It is pointed out that the accused, who was order giver, Suresh Singh was granted bail by this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 44641 of 2022 dated 03.09.2022. It is also submitted that co-accused, Rajesh Kumar Singh has also been granted bail by one of the learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 12689 of 2021 dated 27.08.2021. While concluding argument, it is submitted that investigation of this case is already completed, for which chargesheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence and, moreover, petitioner found involved in one more criminal case, where he is on bail.
6. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as allegation of firing is not available against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that investigation of this case is already completed, where petitioner remains in custody since 16.04.2025, accordingly, petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 165/2020, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61697 of 2025(2) dt.05-12-2025 3/3 satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna City/concerned Court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C./Section 480(3) of BNSS.
