2. Admittedly, this matter relates to Tola Sewak.
3. By judgment and order dated 02.02.2017 passed in LPA No. 2185 of 2015, it has been held that Tola Sewak is not a permanent appointment under the State and any matter relating to Tola Sewak cannot be considered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Subsequently, vide another order dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.9008 of 2018(2) dt.15-12-2025 2/2 01.03.2021 passed in LPA No. 630 of 2019, the same position in law has been reiterated.
4. In view of the above, the present writ application is dismissed as not maintainable.
