The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that unknown person stolen away the motorcycle of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 2.3.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner had no knowledge that the motorcycle in question is stolen property. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has not been put on T.I.P. He has been made accused due to mistake of fact. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the
