We find that assignment of polling booth to a particular ward lies within the jurisdiction of the Election Commission.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6154 of 2016 dt.07-02-2017 2/2 Therefore, we do not wish to entertain the present writ petition to shift the polling booth from one ward to another. The writ petition is, thus, dismissed.
