2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 04.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 15243 of 2007 (Usha Bharti Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).
3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties invites reference to an order issued by the Collector, Araria contained in Memo No. 823 dated 22.11.2018 (Annexure-A to the show cause) by which the
Patna High Court MJC No.881 of 2018 dt.02-01-2019 2/2 petitioner has since been appointed in compliance of the judgment of this Court.
4. Having regard to the stand of the opposite parties in the show cause which has not been disputed by the petitioner, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
