Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner was not apprehended at the place of recovery of liquor. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58454 of 2019(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Harlakhi Police Station Case No.88 of 2019/G.R.No.887 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
