Police intercepted an Indigo Vehicle, which has been allegedly to be a stolen property. At that very moment, the occupants unsuccessfully tried to slip, however, were apprehended. Petitioner is one of them. From Paragraph-3 of the pleading, it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 05.11.2014. Accordingly, petitioner, Mangal Kumar Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P. S. Case no.563 of 2014.
