JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 370, 374 of the Indian Penal Code and 8/12 of the Child Labour act and 23/26 of Juvenile Justice Act. Accusation against the petitioner of taking the minor children to Rajasthan for getting them employed as labour. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that parents of the children have submitted affidavit that the children are major. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and investigation has already concluded.

No.20382 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Rail P.S. Case No.02 of 2015.
