Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 186 of 2015 registered under Sections- 385, 380, 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Except the confessional statement, nothing is there on the record. Pettiioner is in custody since 18.03.2017.
