The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant, Usha Devi, gave Rs.5200/- to the petitioner for depositing in her account in Shahil Foundation Self Help Group, where 100 persons were also member and they also deposited the money on assurance that they will receive Rs.6500/- per month, but in spite of much persuasion, the money was not provided to the petitioner and others. When the informant approached to the parents of the petitioner then his father, Devendra Prasad Rai, told that his son

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to dirty village politics, informant has lodged the present case with false allegation without showing any receipt about depositing of Rs.5200/- to the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
