Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkaulia (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017 registered under Sections- 399, 402, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of only a small knife from beneath the pillow of the petitioner, petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2017. Petitioner has no criminal history.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
