The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Save and except the inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement of the petitioner including other coaccused, nothing more has been collected by the I.O. in the present case which has been registered on the Fardbeyan of Birendra Kumar Mehta, driver and owner of a Tempo which was looted away by the four miscreants along with cash, mobile set etc. including passengers.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17979 of 2015 (3) dt.30-06-2015 Mandal @ Kishore Mandal is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B. B. Rai, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 33 of 2014.
