Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14620 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 Accusation is of committing dacoity in the informant's factory. It is alleged that the name of the petitioners transpired during investigation. From the co-accused Jahagir Alam a Glamour Motorcycle and other articles were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no recovery from the petitioners. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
With this observation this application is disposed of.
