2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024 dated 20.04.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 302 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and the co-accused persons are alleged to have killed the informant's father over expenses on treatment of the grandfather.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

The petitioner no. 1 is the full brother and the petitioner no. 2 is the sister-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 21.04.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner no. 2, namely, Rubi Devi, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Lakhisarai in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024.

7. The application for the the petitioner no. 2, namely, Rubi Devi stands allowed.

8. So far as, the petitioner no. 1, namely, Girish Mahto, is concerned, considering the heinous nature of allegation made against him in the case diary, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
