JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-01-2017 The present writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to make payment of post retiral dues of the petitioner, who retired as Class IV employee of Nagar Parishad, Chapra on 30th April, 2014.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Nagar Parishad, Chapra, wherein it has been contended that after consideration of the claim of the petitioner, all the admissible retiral dues have been paid to him.

After going through the averments made in the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ
