2. It transpires to this Court vide order dated 30.10.2023 that on the said date also no one had appeared upon repeated calls on behalf of the petitioners and as a matter of last indulgence, this case was adjourned. Today also no one appears.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that all petitioners are daily wager since 01.01.2009 and as per Circular No.639 dated 16.03.2006, those working prior to cut off date fixed, i.e., 11.12.1990, are entitled for regularization and, as such, there is no case of the petitioners.

4. Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioners, therefore, this case is dismissed for non-prosecution. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Mkr./- U T
