The petitioner seeks bail in Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 293 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 363, 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death and petitioner is wife of elder brother of husband of the deceased.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is general & omnibus allegation. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. The thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
