The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 The two petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
